Wrap the cuff around the left upper arm, and the cuff tube should be located inside the arm and in line with the middle finger.
The bottom of the cuff should be located 2-3cm above the inner side of the elbow joint of the upper arm.
Tips: Wrap the cuff and leave a finger gap between the arm and the cuff.
Place your forearms flat on the table, palms up and sit up straight.
Attention: keep the center of the cuff is at the same height as your heart.
Press the switch button, remain still and don’t talk until the measurement process is complete.
For More Accurate Results, Please Follow These Tips:
⦁ Sit still for five minutes before taking a measurement.
⦁ Sit in a chair with back support.
⦁ Place your arms on a table with your palms facing up and fingers relaxed.
⦁ Use a towel between your elbow and the sphygmomanometer to help stabilize the arm.
⦁ Ensure the monitor is positioned at the same height as your heart.
Important Notice: Repeated measurements can cause wrist congestion, which may affect the accuracy of the results.
Improvement Tip: Raise your left hand and gently shake your fist a few times, or remove the cuff and rest for at least 4-5 minutes before taking the next measurement.
